Entree Selection for Upcoming Event 

Please select your entree for the Gala on Thursday, September 26th, by filling out the form below: 

Entree options:

(Beef) Braciole di Manzo: Beef braciole stuffed with herbs and cheese, simmered in a rich tomato sauce, served with creamy polenta and roasted broccolini.

(Fish) Salmon alla Griglia: Seared salmon topped with arugula walnut pesto, accompanied by roasted broccolini.

(Vegetarian) Zuccotto di Delicata: Stuffed delicata squash filled with garden pepperonata, olives, and Parmigiano breadcrumbs, served with a side of arugula walnut pesto.

*Please note: If you do not select your entree, the default will be the Beef Braciole.
